We at Solicitor Support Services provide your firm with a dedicated phone number to handle out of office hours DSCC calls, accepting new cases on behalf of your firm. Giving you the extra edge over your competitors.​​ A detailed report of DSCC calls, contact with the police and clients, any outstanding cases, are emailed to the nominated members of the firm every morning.

What we do

We will supply you with a dedicated phone number. This number will be answered in your firm's name during the time agreed. We will accept all cases on your behalf. You can supply this number to the DSCC. During the time we handle calls from DSCC, we will cover all police station attendances and provide telephone advice. We will charge our fixed fee for each police station attendance which starts at £120 + Mileage/Travel.
